Brazos Learning Montessori School is opening a new, traditional, classroom for children between the ages of 6 weeks - 6 years old. Students in this classroom will receive the benefits of our state of the art facility and natural playground, as well as carefully selected, well-trained teachers. 7:30 am – 5:30 pm
Motor skills
Students are encouraged to move around the classroom, as well as having plenty of time for outdoor or active play in the gym, which develops gross motor skills. Fine motor skills are tuned with a selection of manipulatives that encourage children to learn as they play.
Language
Classroom teachers converse constantly with students, allowing them to widen their grasp of vocabulary and conversational skills.
Social skills
Students are encouraged to interact with both classroom teachers and each other, working independently and in groups.
